What is EFLC…

Equine Facilitated Learning and Coaching is a unique way of self-exploration where you are coached while interacting with horses. EFLC helps create change in your life by helping you connect to your mind, body, and spirit in ways that supply information and movement toward a better future. The coaching conversations are concentrated on staying present: who, how and what actions are going to be taken to achieve your heart’s desire. In the security and presence of the horse, you can experience how to be with uncomfortable emotions and listen to the messages they hold. These messages many times help remove blocks and provide information that helps you move forward choosing goals, actions, and better understanding of your hearts desires. How does it work…

  • You call or email to set up a free 20 minute information call to assess what you want to accomplish (212) 300-7783
  • You join me for a life coaching session on the phone or through an experience with a horse.
  • We create a plan of phone, in person, and/or horse sessions that will get you to the results you want. Horse sessions are $115 an hour with sessions taking a minimum of 1-½ hours. However, when setting up a series of sessions there is a reduced rate.
