Leading National Physician Leadership Institute adopts Discovering Your Way program.

Discovering Your Way (DYW) is leading workshops nationwide in leading Hospitals and Health Care Systems as part of the Physician Leadership Institute (PLI), a company of The Center for Transformation and Innovation.

PLI, in true practice of its innovative approach, has been been providing leadership with horses experiences for the physicians in their institute for many years. In 2014 they asked Discovering Your Way to coordinate and facilitate all physician leadership training horse experiences across the country.

At DYW, we have a heart to not just create an incredible one-day training experience; we want to support lasting change within the individual leaders and institutions we work with. Working with PLI creates this opportunity, because the discoveries and actions taken from their day with the horses, are taken back to individual physician and group coaches for integration in their year long leadership institute.

It is an honor to work with the PLI staff, an amazing group of people who have so much talent and heart. In addition, the physicians have come to this experience with such courage, openness, and desire to make a difference in healthcare that it has inspired us all.

How do I set up a training?

The first step is to contact us to discuss what you would like to accomplish. We will work with you to customize a curriculum for you, your leaders and your team.
